Compliance Under 7 CFR Part 205 – National Organic Program (NOP)

This service provides structured implementation, documentation development, certification preparation, and ongoing compliance management in accordance with the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). It supports handlers, processors, producers, importers, traders, and supply chain operators in achieving and maintaining organic certification readiness.

This service does not grant certification authority. Certification determinations remain solely with USDA-accredited certifying agents.
